I have been lucky, I have only had a few of these.
On really bad projects, I say things like.... "What do you mean that the architectural plans I have been working with for the past month are not the ones that the Building Department approved!"
What do you mean, "They stamped APPROVED! on the wrong set"?
What do you mean< "On further analysis, the soil will not support the foundation"? You could have told me that before I poured it. I have to what? I have to extend the foundation another 4 feet below the current foundation?
